We are a fast-growing medical equipment company looking for sales professionals and sales managers with two to five years of B2B Sales experience to join our team.
The successful candidate will work in a tight knit team of sales managers who are working together to make a difference in our organization. The sales team in our organization steers our corporation/product offerings in a highly competitive, fast-paced, continuously changing environment. We are the market leader in the medical construction industry, as a result your input will have direct impact on the market.
You will be given the freedom to make your own decisions to accomplish the corporate objectives and will need to run your territory as your own business.
Training will be hands on, with mentorship of a senior sales team. You will be responsible for your own development and learning with the assistance of the sales team. You will need to have confidence to make decisions and perform presentations while learning on the job.
The Open territory is US based, but reports into our Richmond Hill Ontario office when not travelling. Regular travel into the United States is a requirement. All travel expenses are covered by the company.
Your income will be uncapped, a combination of salary, commission and bonus.
Historically our top sales reps make in excess of $200k.
